The Zombies Behind the Sauce

Undead Pepper Co was founded in 2023 by three intrepid hop farmers: Chris Redmond, Dan Krause and Adam Schroeder. As their hop dreams began to die, their desire to create something foodie and fun was not dead, one could even say undead. They started growing 10 varieties of peppers in their hop green house. The peppers took off like a sign from the great beyond and Thus Undead Pepper Co was born.

Based out of Austin, TX, we specialize in unique flavors and seasonal options to tantalize the tastebuds. We believe in flavor with heat, never just hot for a dare. Be aware though, our sauces are not for those fearful of a wake the dead experience.
